Support:
We are proud of the support we give to carers and their families. To ensure that everyone in our network can provide safe care, we offer guidance throughout the application process from the moment you enquire.
Paramount Foster Care have access to psychologists, therapists and counselling services. Our peer-to-peer network can also link carers to other families within our agency.
Development:
Training is of importance to Paramount Foster Care. We train foster carers prior to approval; ensuring they feel qualified to care for any child/young person placed with them.
In addition our training offer covers attachment theory, positive relationships with children / young people and other critical areas of development.
Sustainability:
We value our foster carers and aim to make their careers future-proof. Our team are on-hand to offer 24/7 advice and guidance, while supported breaks ensure carers have the flexibility to make fostering a sustainable profession.
